Orders & Shipping

A: Currently, we primary ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact our sales team at Sales@maittechllc.com to discuss potential logistics and requirements.

A: Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier’s website (FedEx/UPS) to monitor your delivery.

A: Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Transit times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Products & Licensing

A: We specialize in brand-new, factory-sealed IT hardware and software. Any refurbished or open-box items will be clearly labeled as such on the product description page.

A: Most software licenses are delivered digitally via email within 24–48 hours of purchase. For physical media, standard shipping times apply. Please note that once a digital license is issued, the sale is final.

A: Yes. Most hardware products are covered by the original manufacturer’s (OEM) warranty. We are happy to assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer should you encounter a technical issue.

Payments & Security

A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and secure payment platforms. All transactions are processed through an SSL-encrypted checkout to ensure your data is protected.

A: Yes! As a wholesale hub, we offer competitive pricing for volume purchases. Please contact our Sales Advisor at 908-280-1350 for a custom quote on bulk orders.

Returns & Refunds

A: We accept return requests within 14 days of the invoice date. All returns require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in their original packaging with all components included.

A: A 25% restocking fee applies to all opened products or returns requested after the standard 14-day window. Unopened, factory-sealed items returned within the window are eligible for full credit or exchange.

A: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If there is visible damage, note it with the carrier and contact us within 24 hours. Provide your tracking number and photos of the damage so we can expedite a claim.
