M&A IT TECH LLC – Shipping Policy
At M&A IT Tech LLC, we partner with premier carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS and others to ensure your hardware and software products are handled with the highest level of efficiency. Please review our policy details below.
Shipping Times & Cut-Off
- Order Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Business Hours: Our operations run Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST).
- Handling Time: Once payment is received, order processing may take up to 3 business days for items that are available in stock. Lead time may be provided for out-of-stock items.
- Transit Time: Following processing, shipping typically takes an additional 5 business days to reach the customer.
- Note: Variance is expected in delivery time for customized orders or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping & Handling Charges
- Shipping Calculation: Charges are calculated at checkout based on the parcel’s dimensions, weight, and destination, on rates provided by shipping vendors.
- Handling Fee: A standard handling cost of 4% of the total order value is applied to all orders. This covers secure packaging, warehouse services, and transit insurance.
- Important: If your payment provider is located outside the United States, additional cross-border processing fees may apply.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Numbers: Tracking information is typically generated and emailed to you within 48 hours of shipment.
- If you have not received your tracking number within this timeframe, please contact Sales@maittechllc.com.
Missing or Damaged Goods
- Inspection Window: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
- Reporting: Any missing components or shipping damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work directly with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve the issue on a priority basis.
Unclaimed Shipments & Incorrect Addresses
- Incorrect Address: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a new shipping fee will be required to reship the package.
- Unclaimed Shipments: A fee equivalent to the original shipment charge (including tax) will be applied to shipments returned as “Unclaimed.”
- Free Shipping Orders: For orders that qualified for free shipping, any reshipment costs will be calculated based on the parcel’s size, weight, and destination.
